Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you as soon as the shipment is received at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or your new exchange size will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
